FORS Performance is a competencies integration platform around mobility items. We act for more than 10 years on industrial projects, special machines, measurement tools development, motorsport vehicles and mobility of the future. Our forces are our experience and knowledge for vehicle dynamics, tire performance, project management, prototype manufacturing and assembly, but also design and motorsport.
Fors Performance has also built values like entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, and culture of results and excellency. Team spirit and no cleavage between jobs and competences are also essential values. Each person can contribute to the global project. Best memory: From the creation to the completion of a custom machine around the measurement of tire effort.
His FORS : Knowledge vehicle architecture, custom-made machines, oriented on vehicle dynamics, suspension system, interaction/ tire performance -vehicle. Mechanical development around physical measurements. Project management.
Awards : Participation behind the scenes with numerous successes in several different categories in WRC to GP2 races but also in development in tourism-industry.
STÉPHANE ORRÉ
CEO FORS Technologies
Date of birth : 27 december 1980
Diploma : IFMA Engineer (French Institute of Advanced Mechanics)
Family Situation : Married, 2 children
Best memory : Davy Jeanney’s 4th place finish in the French round of the European RX. Championships in 2010. Pushed by a competitor on the jump in Kerlabo, the car almost rolled over several times and could have not been able to finish. It was an emotional moment where within a few seconds everything could be lost - destroy the car would have put the young company in danger. But the season would continue in a position of dominance with a title win in its first year participating in Supercars.
His FORS : Extensive knowledge Rallye/RX and Offroad vehicles, driving, team management and team building.
Awards :
- 2 WRX podiums in 2019 as Technical Director for GCK Team
- 5 wins for a Vice-champion title and 2-times third placeint he French RX (2018 & 2019) with Guerlain Chicherit and Philippe Maloigne
- French RX champion in 2009,2010 and 2013
- European Rallycross Vice Champion in 2012,2015 and 2016
- WRX win with Peugeot in 2014 and Timmy Hansen
- Several wins in Andros with Jean Baptiste Dubourg, Romaine Grojean and Franck Lagorce
- Wins in WRC2 rally with Kevin Abbring in 2014 and Eric Camilli in 2015
- Two seasons in WTCC 2007 and 2008 with a privately-owned Seat (Pierre Yves Corthals)
